Maurizio Polverini started his professional career at 11 years old.

By the time he came of age, he opened up his first shop in Florence.

In 1979 he started expanding the family business opening up Polverini hair salons in Forte dei Marmi, Florence, Prato, Rome and Milan.

Two years, later, in 1981, he founded Polverini Hair Academia.

His profession took him all over the world, taking part to the most prestigious international shows in Italy, Japan, Europe and USA.

Proper scholar, true talent of the cutting world, in 2009 he created the tridimensional cutting technique “TECNICA SCULTURA 3D CUT”.

This helped him gain more popularity in the hair fashion world, confirming his cosmopolitan artist status.
