Polverini Hair Academia

Polverini Hair Academia, founded in Florence in 1981 by Maurizio Polverini, represents an important reference point in the training field, both for beauty professionals and aspiring hairstylists, putting forward the ideals and philosophy of Polverini family.

Coming from 40 years of on the field experience, Polverini Hair Academia makes use of a highly qualified training staff teaching the “Polverini Hair Academia Training Method” - a 4.0 Education system aimed at creating a tight connection between traditional teaching and new technology.

Our teaching method, through the GRADUAL ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM, allows us to follow each student individually, guaranteeing at the same time the best results in the shortest possible time. This teaching method always set us apart from all the other academies in terms of final results and students completing their formative technical path with excellent results. Their success put Polverini's name forward both in the training and fashion fields. What we want are trained and informed hairdressers, and to guarantee their success Polverini Hair Academia commits to train them through a completely innovative and high quality technique. Our academy trains the best Italian hairstylists, who will then perform high quality services in Italy and in the rest of the world.

Polverini Hair Academia's target is anyone who wants to hone their technical skills and knowledge or gain new competences to develop excellency in the hairdressing field.

At the end of each course, the student or the professional hairstylist will be able to create a “winning strategy” combining Style, Professionalism, Technique and Innovation.

The Sculpture Technique (aka TECNICA SCULTURA)

Polverini Hair Academia isn't just a high-level specialization hairdressers academy unique in Tuscany, releasing internationally recognized VTCT and ITEC qualifications. Our training approach is based on personalized, individual, diversified learning paths, custom-tailored around the needs of our students and designed to enhance and highlight their talent.

ETHICS

Polverini Hair Academia offers a wide range of Training Courses, from the most basic level to the highest level specializations, covering all areas of the Hairstyling field. We believe that art and creativity must be combined with the most innovative techniques. We also believe that studying such techniques is extremely important, together with developing a strong personality and creativity, to allow the students to become talented professionals and express their art.

METHODS

Our Vocational Training Programs prepare our students for their future, push them to think in a creative, innovative, critic and independent way. Because there are no two identical students: all students are different, with their own strengths, needs, dreams. Therefore, not everyone can be trained the same way, and that is why here, at Polverini Hair Academia, all training paths are individual, “ad personam”.
